NEWT Monday Night Running Sessions..

Change of venue  = Celtic Manor Overflow Car Park (Catsash Road). 6.45pm meet for 7.00pm start
Group session for all abilities as usual

Bring on those Celtic Hills :-)

Please note there will be NO Running session on Monday 7th May due to Bank Holiday Monday - so the first session at Celtic Manor will begin Monday 14th May and will continue at this location until the next notice.

SUPER SPRINT ELIMINATOR

400m Swim - 10km Bike - 2km Run

From 8am - Everyone races a super sprint triathlon in waves of maximum 30, then based on your time - you'll race again over the same distance in a ranked A,B, C or D Final

NOVICE SWIM

400m

10.30am start - a perfect opportunity for your first experience at open water racing, join our novice swim for safe and enjoyable experience to get you started and your confidence soaring

BIG SWIMS

1.00 - 3.00pm - PERFECT for long distance training and preparation for Ironman Wales. Pick your distance of 750m, 1500m or 3000m and join in our safe, fun swim experience. Why not combine a swim with one of other events and make a day of it?

TEAM RELAYS

Three Team Members all race in a traditional relay form at over distances of 400m Swim Relay straight into a 10km Bike Relay and finishing with a 2km Run Relay. Fun, traditional and fast - can you claim the top team title?

From 3.00pm - Watch 40 teams race to be champions

BT Members £50 per team - all Non Members additional £3 charge pp.

All NEWTs

Thankyou to all those who have alreday renewed their membership for 2012-2013 either direct through NEWT or throughout your joint-Lliswerry membership.

EVERYONE ELSE....... It's nagging time......Please do not forget that your NEWT membership should be renewed by 31st March 2012.

Anyone who has NOT renewed their membership from 1st April will NOT be able to participate in any training sessions until the full membership fee is paid and will be removed from the database and website communications.

Please note that the 1st Club Championship race of the season is ISCA Duathlon on 1st April at University of Wales, Newport - Caerleon Campus - you MUST have fully renewed your membership at swim training on Tuesday 27th March to be eligble for the championship titles.
