HISTORY

Formed in 2006 following the completion of the East Wales Regional Pool, on the NISV site, we are a small and friendly triathlon club serving the Newport and South East Wales area. Run completely by volunteers we welcome anybody who wishes to take part in triathlon or use the various disciplines of triathlon for training. At present we are solely for adult athletes, over 17 years of age.

We have a membership of approximately 80 with abilities ranging from complete novice, up to Great Britain age group representatives and Ironman athletes. Our coached sessions are delivered by fully qualified British Triathlon coaches and are designed to accommodate any level of athlete.
